At the age of seven Michael Phelps followed in his two elder sister’s footsteps. Whitney one his eldest sisters competed in the 1996 olympics at the age of 15. Once Phelps got into the water he took off like a fish. At a young age Michael knew what he wanted to achieve and what he wanted to reach for. He is such an inspiration, to many young aspiring swimmers. Even at the age of twenty-seven he continues to set goals for him self and continue to reach them.
No matter how old you are, keep in the back of your mind that the world can be yours, and no I do not mean as a material thing, I mean as reach for the stars, you can do anything you put your mind to. Always push yourself or your family to shoot for the moon, and never settle for good. Always remind them to do great.
