Easter was a month ago, and the one candy that is always a major hit for children and adults, is Jelly Belly jellybeans. Jelly Belly was born in 1965, created originally by a young, German boy who invented the mini jellybean. Former president Ronald Reagan tried them in 1966 and started keeping them in his office as a way to combat a smoking habit. When President Reagan was in office, he would even pass around a bowl full Jelly Bellies! Jelly Belly started out by selling their beans for the first time in 1976 with the original flavors Very Cherry, Grape, Tangerine, Licorice, Root Beer, Green Apple, and Cream Soda. In the last twenty years the Jelly Belly Flavors have blown up!
The one flavor I personally can’t stand is popcorn, it puts a pretty ungrateful distaste in my mouth. What are some Jelly Belly flavors you’re not a fan of and what are your favorites?
