I am the owner of Leinweber Insurance Agency. I started the agency in 2010 after leaving my position as an agent at Country Financial. I was born and raised in Greeley, CO and moved to the Denver area in late 2007 after completing my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and management from the University of Northern Colorado.

My vision was to provide insurance in a fashion that clients may not have known they wanted. In today’s fast paced society, I believe people want more than just a competitive rate. They want guidance, freedom of choice, and to make handling their insurance needs as seamless as possible. To achieve this, I created the parent company of Leinweber Insurance Agency, Seamless Insurance in 2017.

I am a father to three children – two girls and one boy. In my free time, I enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and hiking. I have hopes to summit all 58 Colorado 14’ers by 2027 and am on track to complete that goal with 53 already completed. I also enjoy all Colorado sports teams; with my favorite being the Denver Broncos. In the future, I hope to travel the world once my kids are raised and out of the house.

With years of experience in the insurance industry and nearly a decade at Seamless Insurance, I’m proud to serve as a Lead Agent, helping clients find the coverage that best protects what matters most to them. I enjoy guiding clients through their options and making the insurance process as simple and stress-free as possible. I’m known for being communicative, positive, and someone who truly enjoys working with people. Building strong relationships and earning the trust of our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I also enjoy supporting my team and helping create an environment where everyone works together to provide the best service possible. Being someone both clients and coworkers can rely on for guidance and support is something I take a lot of pride in.

Outside of work, I’m very family oriented and stay busy with my husband and our four kids, who range in age from 18 down to 2. In the summer, you’ll usually find us outdoors fishing, spending time at the park, or cheering on my 11-year-old at his baseball games. Balancing a busy family life with my career keeps me motivated and grounded every day.

Angela Yearous

I am a proud Colorado native who grew up in the Lakewood area and graduated from Metro State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. I began my career in the insurance industry in 2005 and I am proud to serve as a Senior Agent, helping clients find the coverage they need to protect what matters most.

I enjoy building lasting relationships with the individuals and families I work with and believe insurance should be clear, approachable, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.

My favorite relaxation spot in Colorado is Estes Park. I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with my husband Todd of 21 years, and keeping up with our sweet and sassy Rat Terrier, Tia.

From day one, I have focused on delivering exceptional customer service, building trust with clients, and providing clear guidance so individuals and families can make confident decisions about their coverage. I am highly determined, detail-oriented, and dedicated to continually learning and growing in the industry to better serve the needs of my clients.

Outside of my professional life, family is at the center of everything I do. I have been with my spouse for 12 years, and together we are raising three amazing children. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through fitness and unwinding with a good book. These passions help me stay balanced, focused, and energized both personally and professionally.

Brooklyn Rozmiarek

As a licensed agent specializing in Property, Casualty, and Life insurance, I’ve built my career on the belief that insurance should be personal, not just a policy. Since joining the industry, I’ve absolutely loved being part of an independent brokerage where I can truly put people first. My favorite part of the job? Helping you explore your options to find that “just right” coverage that fits both your life and your budget.

My background is in customer service, which taught me that the best way to help someone is to really listen. I’m here to make sure you feel supported and heard every step of the way. No jargon, no stress, just straightforward help.

While I was born in Dallas, I moved to Colorado at a young age and never looked back. I grew up in the foothills of Evergreen and have lived all around the Denver Metro area. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me hiking with my rescue dogs, getting lost in a video game, hosting a competitive game night with friends, or watching basketball.

Lenie Plasabas

Assistant

I am a dedicated Virtual Assistant who supports both clients and agents with a wide range of service tasks. I assist with minor policy changes, billing inquiries, document requests, and payment processing, helping ensure that policies remain active and client needs are handled promptly. I also communicate regularly with carriers and mortgage partners to resolve issues and keep everything running smoothly for both the insured and the agency.

Before joining the team, I spent over 10 years working in the call center industry and later transitioned into the virtual assistant field, where I gained valuable experience supporting insurance agencies. My strong customer service background and attention to detail allowed me to provide dependable support behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three and take great pride in balancing my career with raising my children. In my free time, I enjoy creative pursuits such as photo and video editing, as well as writing poetry. I am currently working on a personal poetry collection titled Journey of a Borrowed Life, inspired by my own life experiences and reflections.

Patrick Polon

Assistant

I support the team through a variety of administrative tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly. I manage sending documents for e-signatures, processing cancellation requests, following up on payments, and monitoring policies that are nearing expiration or have already expired.

With strong attention to detail and organization, I help ensure that important documents and policy updates are handled efficiently and on time. I take pride in supporting the team and helping maintain a seamless workflow for both the staff and clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and connecting with my community. When I have free time, you’ll likely find me playing the drums and enjoying my passion for music.
